These terms govern the use of the BizBiz POS software (Windows application), the BizBiz owner mobile application and the related cloud services ("the Service"), provided by BizBiz POS, Phuket, Thailand ("we", "us"). By purchasing a license or using the Service you agree to these terms.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use BizBiz POS at the business location(s) covered by your plan for as long as your subscription is active (or indefinitely for a Lifetime plan). A license key activates one point-of-sale computer; additional computers or branches may require additional licenses. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer or copy the software except as permitted by law.
Plans and prices are shown on bizbizpos.com and charged in USD via Stripe. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment and includes updates for the life of the product. Prices may change for future periods with at least 30 days' notice.
You can cancel a subscription at any time by writing to us; the license stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed. See the Refund Policy.
Sales, menu, staff and financial data entered into the POS are stored on your own computer. Daily summaries and selected records are synchronised to our cloud so that the owner app and multi-branch reports work. You own your data; we process it only to provide the Service. The POS works offline; cloud features depend on internet connectivity. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Setup assistance (menu import, staff training) and support via WhatsApp/e-mail are included with every plan during business hours (Thailand time).
You are responsible for the legality of your business operations, for tax compliance and for the accuracy of the data you enter. The Service must not be used for unlawful purposes or to attack our systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data caused by hardware failure, misuse or third-party services (printers, payment providers, internet).
We may update these terms; material changes are announced on bizbizpos.com or by e-mail. Continued use after the change means acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are settled by the competent courts of Phuket.
