This policy explains what data BizBiz POS (the Windows application), the BizBiz owner mobile app and bizbizpos.com collect, how it is used and how it is protected.
Menu, tables, orders, payments, expenses, staff records, attendance and partner shares are stored in a local database on your POS computer. You control this data and can export or delete it. Daily summaries, open-table snapshots, attendance and expense records of your business are sent to our cloud (hub) so that the owner app, approvals and multi-branch reports work. Card payments are processed by your own payment terminal or provider; the POS does not store card numbers.
The app signs in with the owner/partner account created in the POS. We store the account e-mail, a password hash and, if you enable notifications, a push-notification token. Face ID / fingerprint is handled by your phone; biometric data never leaves the device. We use the phone's camera only when you attach a receipt photo to an expense.
bizbizpos.com does not use tracking cookies. Payments are processed by Stripe; we receive your e-mail address, name and the plan purchased, and we send the license key to that e-mail (via Resend). We do not see or store card details.
Cloud data is stored on servers in Singapore (DigitalOcean) and backed up daily. Access is restricted to the business's own owner/partner accounts and to us for support and maintenance.
We do not sell data. We share it only with processors needed to run the Service (hosting, Stripe, Resend, Apple/Google push services) or when required by law.
Cloud data is kept while your license is active and for 12 months afterwards, then deleted. You can ask for earlier deletion of your business's cloud data or your account at any time.
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data by e-mailing aserter33@gmail.com. This policy complies with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
