We want you to be happy with BizBiz POS. This is how refunds work:
Cancel at any time — no further charges. Payments already made for the current month are not refunded, and the license remains active until the end of the paid month.
Full refund within 14 days of the first payment on request, no questions asked. After 14 days the year is non-refundable; you can cancel the renewal at any time.
Full refund within 14 days of purchase on request. After 14 days the purchase is final.
Automatic renewal charges are refundable if you contact us within 7 days of the charge and the license was not used after the renewal date.
E-mail aserter33@gmail.com or WhatsApp +66 84 324 57 33 with the e-mail address used at checkout. Refunds go back to the original card via Stripe within 5–10 business days. The license key is deactivated when a refund is issued.
